College Vue and College Vue on University are ideally located for UWF students! We are just half a mile from the edge of the UWF campus right here in Pensacola.
College Vue offers general parking and premium parking spaces for our residents. College Vue on University has limited parking with spaces available for rent at $25 per month. Please ask our leasing team about availability and any associated fees.
Applying to College Vue or College Vue on University is simple! You can apply online through our website or visit our leasing office. This process typically involves a completed application for anyone over the age of 18. Depending on your preferred qualification method, additional documentation or proof of income may be requested. Contact our Leasing Office for more information on how to qualify!
To make budgeting easier, water, wastewater, and internet are included at College Vue on University. Internet is the only included utility at College Vue. Ask our leasing team about the included utilities at your desired properties.
Resident safety is a priority at College Vue and College Vue on University. We feature courtesy patrol officers, on site cameras, and a controlled gate system specifically at College Vue.
Yes! We believe in a balanced student life. College Vue features a California style infinity pool, computer lab, on site gym, sand volleyball court, and on site Amazon lockers. College Vue on University offers a full sized clubhouse with a study room, Mac computers, an a lounge area. There is also an on site pool and Amazon lockers for package deliveries. We also host regular resident events to help you connect with your neighbors.
Before you move in, you can expect to pay your first month rent charge, an application fee of $30, and an utility administrative fee of $79.20, and an admin fee of $25. All additional fees can be outlined in the Full Fee Disclosures:

Residents at our communities are welcome to have guests. Guests are allowed to stay for a maximum of seven days throughout the lease term. Please ensure that your guests adhere to the same rules and policies outlined in the lease agreement and resident handbook.
For your protection, all residents are required to maintain an active renter’s insurance policy. You are free to choose your own provider, or for your convenience, you can opt into our community’s preferred plan, Cardinal Protect, for a low monthly cost.
Our community is located in the vibrant Ferry Pass neighborhood. We are just a short distance from UWF, the Baptist and West Florida health centers, and the Cordova Mall.
